During the school year, after-school activities, appointments, and work responsibilities can make it nearly impossible to schedule consistent family meal times. So, ditch the guilt and focus on quality time with your kids. This post is sponsored by the Kraft Heinz Food Company. As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
Ditch the Mommy Guilt!
We’ve all been there. Am I right?
You’ve got another stressful week ahead, filled with crazy-busy after-school practices, games, and tournaments.
Or, maybe you have all of the above PLUS “parent night” at school and work phone calls to make before bedtime.
Regardless of what your busy day entails, you haven’t planned anything for dinner, your kids are screaming for food, and you’ve got to be at basketball practice (or soccer, golf, baseball, football, cheerleading, etc.) in 30 minutes.
The thought of going through the local drive-thru (again!) makes you less than thrilled. And the kids are over it, too.
So, how do you kick this nagging mom guilt to the curb? How do we make family dinner into something we can actualize more often than not?
Help is on the way…
When you frequently have those bustling weeks, pick up a few of the new KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Frozen Dinners at Publix. You can find all four of their kid-friendly varieties in the frozen aisle:
