Ingredients

  • 1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix 11.26 oz.
  • 1 package cream cheese 8 oz., softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 lb uncooked sausage any style
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes optional

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit mix, sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Mix well until everything is evenly combined. It may take a few minutes, but it’s worth it.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls (you can make them larger or smaller).
  5. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet so cleanup is easy.
  6. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. This helps them hold their shape and bake more evenly.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  8. Serve warm. Enjoy!
